1. Voluntary Contributions & Non-Refundability
- General Policy: All donations, sponsorships, and sewa contributions made to Bhakti Sewa Charitable Trust are strictly voluntary and generally non-refundable once processed.
- Immediate Deployment: Due to the nature of our work, donations are committed promptly toward animal feed, medical supplies, and operational logistics.
2. Eligible Circumstances for Refund Claims While contributions are generally final, we recognize that errors occur. Refund requests will be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Errors: A duplicate or double transaction occurred due to a payment gateway lag or technical glitch.
- Unauthorized Transactions: A payment was made using a lost, stolen, or compromised card/account without your authorization.
- Incorrect Amount: An extra zero or incorrect numerical entry was processed inadvertently during a online transaction.
3. Refund Request Procedure & Timeline To request a refund review, donors must follow these guidelines:
- Timeframe: Written notification must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed due to accounting closures.
